"I rode a little Kawasaki all over Michigan when I was 18 and loved the freedom of a motorcycle. As time went on, I moved to Washington (I did not transfer my motorcycle endorsement), got married, had a daughter, and didn't think about motorcycles much. Recently I was trying to find a less expensive way to commute and the idea of getting back on a motorcycle made sense. On my way home from the Licensing office where I got my endorsement back, I drove past Harley of Seattle and, literally on a whim, I stopped in. I have always liked Harley-Davidson, but never thought I would actually get one. The sales staff (Brent)was very helpful and I found a used Sportster that I liked. Then we took it outside and fired it up. From the second I heard that motor I was sold. I put it on hold, and three days later, my first Harley was in my garage. The whole experience was great. I would recommend a Harley-Davidson to anyone who wants a real bike, and I would recommend Harley-Davidson of Seattle to anyone who wants a Harley. "

"Early 2001 I bought a Honda ACE Tourer from Cycle Barn.
Great bike for the $$. But I have always wanted the legendary H.D. for my own. Summer of 2007 I made up my mind it's time to buy a Black cherry/pewter Ultra. Everyone I have dealt with over the years at H.D of Seattle have been very pleasant and helpful. I really do enjoy visiting the dealership and getting to know the people there. "As everyone know's a Harley Davidson Motorcycle is the "badest motorcycle on the planet". That being said I would like to thank Michelle Hash. Even though the color of my scoot wasn't my first choice I'm glad I got the Blackcherry. Not so many on the road that I have seen. Also thanks to Mike Gallagher who was in parts now in service. His knowledge and customer service are top notch. After a year went by I walk in and went straight to my bike. The most beautiful blue 1200C Sportster that I heard calling my name. "I've shopped the HD dealerships up and down the coast from Canada to San Diego looking for just the bike I wanted ('06 nightrod cherry/black) and found it here. The difference was notable the moment we walked thru the door.
These people actually want to help you! Liked them so much we bought an '05 883xlc, though we weren't in the market. Thier parts dept. people are excellent and go 110% to help you out. Thier prices are actually cheaper in a lot of cases. This dealership is a good 75mi. one way from my house, but I prefer to shop here."

"I meet Michele at the show in Seattle, she told me i had to come see her in North Seattle. She would take care of me....
And she did !!! I had been looking to buy the Fat Boy of my dreams and it came true thru her and her frinds there.
She worked with me over the phone and in person to be sure i got what i wanted, it was well worth the hour and a half drive to deal with them at Harly of Seattle... "Was ready to buy Harley and had an old Honda for trade. Other dealerships did not want to take my trade or even returned my phone calls. Mark Sprinter from the Lynnwood dealership did. We took a day off mid week drove from Allyn to Lynnwood and are GLAD we did. Everyone throughout the process was terrific! We struck a deal, met all the people at the dealershi, who were great. Played poker along the way and my wife won a $175.00 gift certificate. We drove home with our 2005 Harley Davidson Sportster and got honked and thumbs up from passerbys. Got home unloaded the bike from our truck and went cruisin! The bike is awesome and we love it. Are only regret is we don't live closer to the Lynnwood dealership because they are fantastic and we're sure they'd be fun to hang with. Thanks Mark and Harley Davidson of Seattle!
